Our yoga room is very spacious with beautiful hardwood floors and a sophisticated heating and air flow system. The studio is equipped with changing rooms and bathrooms, making yoga an easy distraction for your day, morning, afternoon, or evening.

Our experienced teachers put you first and specialize in providing a good grade beginner and challenging to maintain the more advanced students. We teach with love, knowledge and wealth of collective experience. We support you at your own pace for your own body, because the way each person is unique.

Yoga Zone specializes in hot yoga - Bikram and Vinyasa or Power Yoga


Bikram Yoga - Hot Yoga original. The order of 26 sets of postures, repetition that helps to build familiarity and competence in the asana. In the mind and body workout. Practiced by millions of people around the world. Class is 90 minutes

Bite-sized Express Bikram Bikram Yoga class. The following sequence of Bikram but leaves out a few times. Class is 60 minutes.

Vinyasa Yoga (Power Yoga) - Yoga contemporary to modern lifestyles. A 60-minute class integrates asana, movement and breath in the dynamic flow of yoga. Energizing, toning, de-stress and is accompanied by great music. Power Yoga is our most popular styles. Also practiced in a hot room.
