Benefits of Hot Yoga
Strengthening, Cleansing and Elimination of Poisons
Hot Yoga is strengthening and cleansing the system adds intensity to the work that you would normally get in the practice and raise the level of purification exponentially. Perform the same basic practices that you will in the ordinary room temperature, you will work harder in the room is hot and humid. Your body will get stronger, and remove toxins from the system much more.
Liver, internal organs, and improved performance in hot weather
If people are having problems with the heat took their time getting used to practicing in a hot room, they will begin to discover that they have less trouble. On hot summer days, when they may have suffered, they may be able to maintain normal activity levels, and some may even be able to perform at peak activity levels. This is because the heart work harder. Work done in the heat causes the arteries to dilate and thin the blood so that more blood flow as the heart is challenged to get the nutrients and oxygen to every cell in the body. Internal organs are also challenging. As the body will be used for training in hot environments, the system learns what to do to keep yourself from overheating in these unique circumstances.
Increased Flexibility
The heat also softens up the muscle tissue that is able to stretch and open. They are less flexible will find this to be a big advantage to practice in hot environments. Thermal aspects need to be handled with care. While the muscles, which may be tight, it could open as well as ligaments and tendons, which you do not want to over-stretch. The number of openings and deep-stretching which can naturally occur as a result of a balanced practice of Hot Yoga should not be pushed too far. In the long term, serious and proceed with caution when using heat to help you open the tight spots and problem areas, will get you farther than trying to blast through your restrictions as soon as possible.
Hot Vinyasa
This technique is sometimes also called Vinyasa Flow, or just Flow because of subtle ways that give rise to run together and become like a dance. The word Vinyasa means "breath-synchronized movement." In the Hot Vinyasa classes, students develop the skills of concentration and patience. It’s helped focus the mind as they increase physical strength, stamina, flexibility and overall health through the practice of continuous dynamic movement. Beside that it helps cleanse and flush the body of wastes and toxins, thus cleansing and purifying it .
